All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Domestic shipping within Canada has a flat rate of $20, and international shipping is $30.

Orders that include items from my Printful collection (like apparel) and my handmade products (like perfume or books) may arrive separately, since they’re fulfilled from different locations. You’ll receive tracking information for each package as soon as it’s shipped.

RETURNS

Return Policy

Because many of my products are custom or handmade, all sales are final.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and I’ll make it right.

Perfumes and personal items cannot be returned for safety reasons, but clothing can be replaced if there’s a manufacturing defect.
